Chemical Fertilisers Control (Licence) Regulations 1980

[GN 43 of 1980 – 1 March 1980] [Section 10]

1. These regulations may be cited as the Chemical Fertilisers Control (Licence) Regulations 1980.

2. In these regulations –

"Act" means the Chemical Fertilisers Control Act;

"applicant" means a person who applies to the Chief Agricultural Officer for a licence;

"licence" means a licence granted under section 3 of the Act.

3. Every application for a licence shall be –

(1) made in writing to the Chief Agricultural Officer and shall include –

 (a) the name and address of the applicant;

 (b) whether a wholesaler or retailer licence is being applied for;

 (c) the fertilisers in respect of which the application is made;

 (d) the address of the premises in respect of which the application is made.
