Black River/Savanne Coast Road (Modification) (No. 2) Regulations 2006

[GN 83 of 2006 – 1 July 2006] [Section 8(2)]

1. These regulations may be cited as the Black River/Savanne Coast Road (Modification) (No. 2) Regulations 2006.

2. The course of the Black River/Savanne Coast Road which previously passed over the land specified in Part I of the Schedule is modified so that it shall pass over the land specified in Part II of the Schedule.

Flic-en-Flac (Rural Road) (End of Public Use) Regulations 1987

1. These regulations may be cited as the Flic-en-Flac (Rural Road) (End of Public Use) Regulations 1987.

2. The road specified in the Schedule shall cease to be dedicated to the use of the public from 25 July 1987.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Higginson Road (B24) (Modification) Regulations 2013.

2. The course of the Higginson Road (B24), specified in the Second Schedule to the Motorways and Main Roads Regulations 1976, under the heading "Main Roads B", which previously passed over the plots of land specified in Part I of the Schedule is modified to pass over the plots of land specified in Part II of the Schedule.
