St. Antoine Planters Co-operative Trust (Management of Fund) Regulations 1996
[GN 12 of 1996 – 24 February 1996] [Section 12]
1. These regulations may be cited as the St. Antoine Planters Co-operative Trust (Management of Fund) Regulations 1996.
2. In these regulations –
"Act" means the St. Antoine Planters Co-operative Trust Act;
"agreement" means the agreement between the company and the Trust signed on 5 February 1996 and set out in the Schedule;
"company" means the Compagnie Sucriére de St. Antoine Limitée, incorporated as a private company under the Companies Act;
"Fund" means a sum of 25 million rupees payable by the company to the Trust pursuant to section 4(a) of the Act.
3. For the purpose of section 4(a) of the Act, the company and the Trust shall, in relation to the receipt and management of the fund, be bound, subject to the Act, by the terms and conditions of the agreement.
This agreement is signed on the 5th day of February 1996
