Agricultural Chemists Regulations 1980
[GN 59 of 1980 – 8 March 1980] [Section 8]
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Chemists Regulations 1980.
2. In these regulations –
"Act" means the Agricultural Chemists Act;
"approved laboratory" means a laboratory which, in the opinion of the Committee, has the necessary facilities for analysis of –
(a) agricultural products and by-products;
(b) substances used in agriculture or any industry dealing with agricultural products.
3. Any person who is entitled to be registered as an agricultural chemist under section 6(1) of the Act shall, on registration, pay a fee of 50 rupees.
