Court of Civil Appeal Rules 1965
[GN 38 of 1965 – 29 May 1965] [Section 14]
1. These rules may be cited as the Court of Civil Appeal Rules 1965.
2. (1) In these rules –
"Act" means the Court of Civil Appeal Act;
"Court" means the Court of Civil Appeal constituted in virtue of the Act;
"Registrar" means the Master and Registrar of the Supreme Court;
(a) means the person against whom the appeal is directed; and
(b) includes any person in presence of whom the original case was entered.
(2) The Interpretation and General Clauses Act shall apply for the interpretation of these rules as it applies for the interpretation of an Act.
