Dangerous Drugs (Institutions) Regulations 2005

[GN 10 of 2005 – 29 January 2005] [Sections 34(2) and 60]

1. These regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Institutions) Regulations 2005.

2. In these regulations –

"Act" means the Dangerous Drugs Act.

3. An institution specified in the Schedule shall be a prescribed institution for the purposes of section 34(2) of the Act.

Dangerous Drugs (Prescribed Forms) Regulations 2001

[GN 175 of 2001 – 5 December 2001] [Section 60]

1. These regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Prescribed Forms) Regulations 2001.

2. In these regulations –

"Act" means the Dangerous Drugs Act;

"certificate of character" or "character certificate" means a certificate of character issued by the Director of Public Prosecutions under the Certificate of Character Act.

3. An application for a licence under section 8(3) of the Act shall be made in the form set out in Part I of the First Schedule.

4. An application for a licence under section 8(4) of the Act shall be made in the form set out in Part II of the First Schedule.

5. An application for authorisation under section 12(1) of the Act shall be made in the form set out in Part III of the First Schedule.

6. (1) A delivery permit issued under section 12(5) of the Act shall be in the form set out in Part IV of the First Schedule.

(2) A permit issued under paragraph (1) shall be valid for a period of one month as from the date of issue.

7. For the purpose of section 18(3) of the Act, the form set out in Part I of the Second Schedule shall be the prescribed form.

8. The register kept under section 23 of the Act shall be in the form set out in Part II of the Second Schedule.

9. The return provided for in section 23(1)(g) of the Act shall be in the form set out in Part III of the Second Schedule.
